MY TEACHING APPROACH
My education work aims to tackle contemporary social issues in line with creating a more sustainable business environment and society. My teaching philosophy is informed by my professional experience, my exposure to distinct organizational settings and education systems in Australia, Canada, France, and Italy, as well as my training as a social scientist. I consider teaching a fundamental part of my role as a scholar and I am committed to delivering high-quality content in this role. I have been developing formative and summative experiences aiming to develop among students’ awareness of social justice. I believe that the business education space in the context of practical exercises and real-world scenarios can contribute towards the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This approach to education provides students with the technical and analytical tools to tackle the wide range of issues they will encounter outside the classroom.
